hey dearies(=
u noe, i was just studying geog just now.
and sumthing just struck me
i was reading about the Bhopal air pollution many years ago.
and it said that, even now, cuz of the leakage of toxic gases fm pesticides, many people there still die of kidney and liver cancer.
but i dun think they deserve that.
i mean, come on.
we, have such a clean environment, okay not that clean, but definitely cleaner than theirs.
but we dont even bother taking care of our bodies.
drinking problems..
drugs..
and other stuff we do that cause us to damage our own bodies and us to get kidney or liver cancer..
but those people in Bhopal dun even get a chance.
i noe there probably are ppl there too that do drugs, smoke, or have drinking problems.
but, for those who dont?
those who try to keep their bodies in the best condition?
they still die from these problems.
why?
cuz of their ancestors that have made a major mistake by polluting their air.
its really sad dont ya think?
anyways, just my thoughts.
REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE(=
SAVE THE EARTH!
okays. here's a story for ya'll~
Once Upon a time, there was a princess. This princess wasnt the fairest of all in the land, but she could be considered to be pretty. She was very talented in almost every aspect. She loved shopping and although she was rich, she wasnt a spoilt brat. The most fashionable person in the land, she was well-respected by the villagers.
She had everything a girl wanted. What more could she ask for? But one thing was always on her mind.
She had alot of stress inside of her. Whenever she failed any task she was asked to do, she would feel as if she let everyone down. And her parents werent much of a help. Even though she wasnt going to ascend the throne in future, as she had a brother, but her parents wanted her to be the best. She also had many suitors, but she took no interest in any of them. So everyone thought that she was materialistic and superficial as she rejected all of them. Even she, herself thought she was superficial. And the worst part was, because she was a princess, her parents dint allow her to associate with any of the village girls, so she had no friends.
One day, she couldnt take the stress anymore, and ran to a nearby forest. While she was sobbing away, a bullfrog hopped up to her. She dint scream as she was too upset about her own matters. The bullfrog just sat there and even offered her tissues. She somehow dint try to figure out how the tissues came about, but just kept taking them. When she was done crying, she then noticed the bullfrog sitting next to her. But, she dint scream. She just stared at it.
Stared and stared, she realised, this bullfrog's eyes seemed to have feelings, not like those other reptiles that have cold eyes that just freak you out. So she was very intruiged by it. After awhile, she found herself telling this bullfrog all her problems. The bullfrog never once tried to hop away, but sat there listening to all her problems. As if being able to understand these complex issues. Finally, the princess was finished with her problems, and felt much better. She looked up to the sky and realised it was getting dark. But she did not forget the bullfrog. She just patted its head and said a quick thank-you and ran off, back to the palace.
Her parents did not even realise she had gone missing, as they thought she went for her lessons, as usual. But the princess dint care about that. She was thinking of the bullfrog. How the bullfrog seemed to have a mutual understanding with her.
She even wished she wld be able to meet the bullfrog again.
A week later, again, she faced problems, so she ran to the forest, and again, the bullfrog appeared.
This time, the bullfrog hopped away, but it stopped once in awhile, as if trying to tell the princess to follow it.
The princess decided to trust the bullfrog and followed it.
okays. i suddenly dun feel like finishing the story just yet.(=
