THE SERIOUSLY 'SUPER LONG MIND-NUMBING' POST ABOUT MY EUROPE SABBATICAL TRIP THAT WAS UTTERLY AMAZING, INDESCRIBABLE, WONDERFUL AND TOTALLY FABULOUS!


yes, the moment many have been waiting for.
i have a feeling, this is gonna take more than a few days to complete.
so just have patience and read with perseverance! you can do it! =D



okays but firstly, im gonna like blog about more than just the europe trip, so im gonna blog about what happened since last saturday till now first kays?

last saturday, was the first time i saw my friends again fm church since i left for europe.
gosh, i missed them alot! >.<

anyways, nothing much happened.. or so i could remember. hahaha
actually, i only rmb charis running towards me with her arms open when she first saw me that day. hahaha awww girl, do you know how much i missed you too? and i was soo touched!

anyways, moving on..
sunday! haha.
well. mostly everyone else who reads my blog would've known what happened.
but anyways, for the few who do not know, im willing to share(=
well, charis and i were leading worship that day, and i was the one to share, since i had so much to thank God for, and to talk about the trip as well.
but what i TOTALLY dint expect was, to ACTUALLY cry while sharing. hahaha
it kinda freaked me out.
haha, i freaked myself out by crying in front of the youths.
well, im not the kinda person to actually let my emotions control me that easily.
so i was shocked.
and the worst part was, I DINT GET TO SAY EVERYTHING THAT I WANTED TO, CUZ THE SILLY ME WAS CRYING. i think i scared my brother and a few friends a little, cuz they kept coming up to me, asking if i was alright and stuff.
haha, thanx chingus(friends), i really appreciate ya'll alot, and love ya'll! =D
but i was just, at that moment, totally overwhelmed by God's love and i just..
really really really wanted to thank God for everything He has so kindly given to me, even when i totally dint deserve it.
i also wanna thank Him for the experiences that He has given me. (=
and i was talking about the concentration camp when i started crying, which actually is quite expected, since i have always been affected by the experience and the things i saw there.

anyways, i'll elaborate on that when i come to the day where i blog about the day i went to krakow.

okays. let's get this over and done with!

1st day!
basically, i was super..
sleepy? haha i dint really know what was going on half the time, cuz i was super confused about the time of day and stuff.
i mean, what do u expect? i leave in the night, end up at doha in the freaking early morning, ended up in vienna during afternoon. when firstly, at that time, in singapore it would already have been night! or supposed to.
ahhh, whatever.
anyways, we were all so captivated in the beauty surrounding us when we arrived in vienna, and i still rmb that i cldnt keep my eyes off the windows, hahahhaa. cuz everything was just superbly beautiful in my eyes.
and the first cafe we saw was.. STRAUSS CAFE! hahahahahha
they had violins hanging on the walls.((=

and we had this concert at night, and we kept trying to stay awake, by motivating ourselves with the motto that we absolutely could NOT 'waste this concert in the MUSIC CITY'.
but in the end, we all fell asleep at some point of the concert or the other. ahhahaha
until.. dadadadum!
an opera singer came up on stage and nearly tripped(NOT DELIBERATE)
hahahaa. and she sang the freaking magic flute! ahhhhh =DD
i mean, freaking magic flute aint the title. magic flute's the title, by mozart.
like wowwwwwwwwww! =D and then they also had BALLERINAS DANCE ON STAGE WHILE THE MUSICIANS PLAYED. LIKE WOOWWWWWWW!
so unique! i've never seen a concert like it before! hahahahaha
and during intermission, there was champagne, or fruit juice, depends on you.
and some of my friends managed to get the champagne, while the dumb us dint know you could take the champagne! >.<

anyways, then we went back to the hotel and slept. well. not really. me and lu went over to hannah/eun's room. hahaha.
they had milo, and me, the only non-milo drinker just stoned around watching nonsense on tv.

OHMYGOSH! I FORGOT TO MENTION!
do you know how many freaking porn shops they actually have in europe?!
we were like.. what?!
every corner our bus turned, we could see one. -.-
haha and ppl like shan took photos! :/
ohoh! and the pork that's deep fried? they try to fry it to the colour of a violin! how cool is that?!
and the waiters kept thinking we were jap, and kept saying konichiwa to us.
until we told him we were chinese. then he said xie xie. hahahahaha
and then whenever the waiter came to our table, he wld say "dunkershen" i mean.
i know wad that means, but why did he keep saying it?
until we realised he was trying to teach us how to say thankyou in german. hahahahaha

and i learnt a german phrase!

okays, so that was the first day.

hmm. can i just blog one day at a time? it's sooo tiring. and im getting a backache! hahahaha

anyways, im gonna sleep alr.
